This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement or other written or electronic agreement between you ("Customer") and SuperSend ("Processor") for the provision of services under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This DPA governs how SuperSend processes personal data on behalf of its customers while providing its services. This includes details on technical and organizational safeguards, subprocessors, and international data transfers.

3. Applicability

This DPA automatically applies to all SuperSend customers who process personal data subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, or equivalent data protection laws. By continuing to use SuperSend's platform, you agree to these terms.
